Door hanger type shot blasting machine
In the door hanger type shot blasting the hanger is mounted at the door of the machine and the turbine is provided at the back wall of the machine and the number of the turbine is according to the shape and the production rate as per requirement and also if the product is high then the double door is provided for the save the time.
Y type conveyor hanger shot blasting machine
In the y type hanger shot blasting machine a type conveyor is provided at the top of the machine for the semi-automation and hanger is provided at conveyor and at one set of the hanger is blasted and that other is loading and the turbine wheel is provided at the sidewall of the machine and number of the turbine wheel is according to the production and shape of the component.
Close loop type hanger shot blasting machine
In the close loop type shot blasting machine a close conveyor is provided at the top of the machine so continuous production occurs. This type of machine is fully automated.
In these types of machines, the reverse pulse jet type dust collector is provided for removing all the dust Dust laden air drawn into the dust collector through the inlet due to suction created by the exhaust fan and passes through fabric bag elements. The abrasive-resistant inlet promotes dropping out high particulate, generates uniform airflow, thus increasing filter life. The dust gets deposited on the outer surface of the fabric bag dust collector and the clean.
The abrasive flow from the storage hopper can be controlled by electro-pneumatic 2 ways type solenoid operated “SOUNDABRATOR” valves by a screw regulator, consuming a small volume of compressed air at 80 PSI, which feeds into blast wheel units through feed funnel. The rotational movement of the impeller constantly accelerates the incoming abrasives and feeds them onto the blades of the rotor.
The abrasives at high velocity are thrown by the rotor onto the job. The abrasive control valve is specifically designed to combat noise arising from this source by sealing the opening to the wheel. It is a completely enclosed unit that reduces the noise level of a blast wheel by approx. 15 dBA. The abrasive control valve also modulates the volume of abrasive flowing to the blast wheel. The valve is connected with an adapter, hoses, feed piping, etc.
Bucket Elevator is welded construction; all joints are sealed for the Dust free operation. It will be in three parts i.e. Boot, Trunk & Top. Boot and Top Portion of the bucket elevator house cast iron heavy duty Split Pulleys. Shafts carrying top and boot pulley runs on a self-lubricating bearing. Tensioning arrangement of elevator belt for removal of tensioned belt length is provided at the top portion of the elevator, hence there will be no slippage of the belt.
