Operating Principles
All models are fitted with a hinged door, with a table having constant rotation speed. The machine is loaded with a high-efficiency centrifugal blast wheel. The abrasives strike upon the workpieces kept on the table by this wheel. The spent abrasives are transferred by a screw conveyor into the bucket elevator. The elevator transfers abrasives into a separator unit. The clean abrasives get into the wheel for blasting purposes by gravity. A Dust Collector unit keeps on working to maintain the system clean.

Dust-laden air from the blasting cabinet is sucked into the dust collector due to the vacuum created by the exhaust fan. The fine dust is collected in the fabric bag dust collector. The fabric bags are cleaned by the motorized shaker assembly (optional accessory) which should be operated periodically. A suitable preset timer shall be provided for bag shaking duration.
Dust collector housing is fabricated from heavy-duty MS sheets, suitably supported by angles and channels. A mechanical type flap valve is provided at the bottom of the blasting hopper for automatic discharge of dust. A manometer is provided for reading pressure drop across bags.
